Great news from the MB SPORT CLUB team!
Our club member Giedrius Lukševičius did not return empty-handed this time — he secured 3rd place in the official SGC4 class and won his very first trophy driving a Mercedes race car — the SLK! This is an important achievement both for the driver himself and for the entire club. On the track, Giedrius demonstrated excellent pace, consistency, and a competitive result against strong opponents.
Giedrius also earned another trophy in the slalom duels, taking 3rd place in the OPEN class. This discipline requires not only speed, but also extremely precise car control and quick reactions, so a podium finish once again proves the driver’s skill. It is great to see Giedrius and his Mercedes successfully competing not only in their own class, but also in the open category against various projects and experienced participants.
It is especially exciting because this is the first MB SPORT CLUB victory in championship competition since the club’s revival. These were the second-round races of the Lithuanian “Street Race” Championship in the SGC4 class, making the achievement even more significant. This is an important step for the club, proving that after its revival, MB SPORT CLUB has not only returned to the motorsport community, but has already started collecting its first serious results in official competitions. Achievements like these motivate the entire community to move forward, build new projects, and participate even more actively in motorsport events.
Congratulations to Giedrius once again! We wish him to keep pushing the throttle and achieve even more victories together with the MB SPORT CLUB team!
